Who is eligible to apply?

You’ll have a degree, or will be predicted to gain degree of 2:1 (2:2 if you are applying for the commercial programme) or above in a related subject. You’ll be available to join us on a full time basis in September 2013, for a minimum of 1 year.

Upon successful completion of this programme, PERFORM may offer you a permanent position within the Company. In order to be considered for the Graduate Programme, you must be eligible to work in the UK without company sponsorship.

Student and Post Study Work Visa holders will not be considered.

When should I apply?

The application process for Commercial and Production graduate programmes 2013 is now closed. The Technology graduate programme application process is now open until 20th May.

How can I apply?

Follow the “Apply now” link and answer the questions as prompted.

Where will I be based?

You will be based in our Head Office in Feltham. You are likely to have opportunities to travel to in other offices, including central London and Leeds.

When can I expect to hear back regarding my application?

You’ll receive acknowledgement of your application within an hour of submitting your online application form.

Can I receive feedback during the application process?

Feedback will be provided to candidates who are shortlisted for the Technology assessment centre held on 28th June.

After the assessment centre, when will I hear how I’ve done?

You can expect news of the outcome within a week of your attendance at our assessment centre.

If I’m successful, when will the programme begin?

The programme will start in September 2013

What happens when the graduate programme ends?

After completing the programme, you will have the opportunity to apply for a permanent position anywhere within PERFORM.
